Box Bedlam

They were  playing in the boxes for about an hour having a ball. Well, all good things must come to an end................

 

I went inside to start Miss Thing's  bath. Next thing you know, Chance is holding a crying, blue~goosed egged, little girl. He said he was carrying her in her box and tripped over his box and dropped her.................on the cement.

This was a few days ago, she already looks "good as new" ( if only my bruises would heal that fast!)

Grandbee's Visit

Well, we definitely miss our Grandbee and realize just how lucky we were to have her for almost a month:) There are days when I say Grandbee's name and Iris asks where she is. I just respond that she is with GrandDan (who we know missed having his wife around) However, Iris loves it when Grandbee calls to chat (although every question Grandbee asks has an answer of yes).  Here are a few photos from her visit:

This one makes me laugh. Grandbee had just made this dogbed cover for the dogs and we placed it on the backporch. I went inside for a second and came back and Iris was laid out on it.

The reason I love this picture is all due to that smirk on her face. She makes this face when she is trying not to laugh, but knows that she is being funny. She is just trying to hold back smiling. Note: the shoes are on the wrong feet. In fact, she will most likely put shoes on the wrong feet if doing it herself. Sometimes, it takes me awhile to realize it!

Lamb Head

 The hat does NOT fit, but she wants to wear it whenever she is outside. I was cleaning out my car the other day and she was helping me. She had the hat on and it would get it stuck on the ceiling. She would start grunting for me to help her.......so funny
