Big Girl Bed

After returning from the beach in June, Iris moved to her big girl bed. Two months later, and only 1 falling during middle of night, the bed is wonderful. Thanks Grandbee for the mattress and Grandma Chris for the bedding. It is super comfy! K is building her a built in soon. I will post pics.

Beach week with the Bradshaws. Awesome house, fantastic food, perfect weather, & good clean family fun (even one is pregnant). This girl was in her prime......puzzles, 2 pools, peel and eat shrimp, and her first slumber in a "big bed" (she was sold)!

Whether the accessory is a princess crown or a pink teddy bear............she loves them all.

If mom did this once, she probably wore these accessories 20 times. 

Looks like.............

A few weeks ago, little one woke up with a spider bite right between her eyes. Yes, this means it happened in her bed and yes, for a day or so all I could visualize was Rocky, from the movie, Mask (one of my top 5 all time favorite movies, just after Beaches, Terms of Endearment, Urban Cowboy, & Can't Buy Me Love).

Poor girl had black eyes because of the bite. Thank goodness all has returned to normal.

Easter 2014

We were in S.C for Easter this year (yes, I realize Easter was 3 months ago, but here you go.......)

We spent Easter Day at Stephanie's parents house in Columbia on our was to Edisto. I will post beach pics soon.
