This is funny.............

Happy Mothers Day to All the Mamas I Know

• Sunday was my first mother's day and it was downright fantastic. I love that I have a new holiday to receive attention and gifts!
• Reflections about my day~
• I realize that I gained two new babies this year if I include Parsons.
• I was able to sleep in and not give baby girl the AM feeding
• Went to a 2 hour yoga class
• Did a great job of procrastinating finishing my master's paper (but turned it in a day late on Monday!)
• Had a 5:00 dinner reservation (quite possibly the earliest resi that I've ever had) at our favorite restaurant, Bistro CV
• Our baby girl was on her best behavior and allowed us to stay at restaurant til after 7. She has just started to drop things on purpose and probably dropped her book 20 times. Every time she did a server would pick it up. Finally, I put it away and fed her puffs until we ran out. She has just started to put as many puffs as possible in her mouth, so we have to slide one over at a time.
• Dinner was great: tuna tartar app, grilled romaine salad, scallops apple crisp dessert. Oh yeah, and moms get their entree for free.
• Lastly, Keith was super sweet to me, my mom sent me an awesome package (THANKS AGAIN), and Iris wasn't fussy at all...........can't wait til next year.

This dialogue lasted at least 30 minutes.....

I couldn't decide if Parsons was truely asleep or just faking it.................
