Our little 18 month old......

Little bit is growing like a weed.  She had a Dr. appt a few weeks ago and here are her stats:
Weight: 22 lbs and 8 oz.......49% tile
Height: 34 inches.....95% tile
~You are bowlegged and still have a huge belly. Dr. Fountain sent you to have X rays for your bowlegged legs and everything looked fine. She says you will grow out of it.....who knows. Maybe we should get you into riding horses, so you can blame it on riding.
~ You still have your "froggy paci". He will be going to binkie heaven soon. The nurse said that the binkie fairy should come and get froggy. Later in the car, Iris said "Oh mommy I know what happened to my monkey paci.....the fairy took him.
~You still scrunch your nose up when you laugh or think something is funny.
~I feel like you are really smart...maybe too smart. You pick up on everything we say and can follow complex directions.
~You have been saying "hey" since you were 6 months old. You will try and repeat any words we say. Some are easier than others. You say Iris very clearly. Otherwise, you have hand motions for everything. I'm getting really good at charades. One example is for horse, you hold you hand out like you are feeding one. That is because we stop and feed our neighborhood horses sugar everyday.
~You still love to eat. All day. You will try something that you don't like, turn up that nose, and then take another bite of the same thing. So funny.
~ You are clumsy compared to Iris. Lets blame it on your big belly and being bowlegged.
~You still drink goats milk.
~ You are now taking 1 big afternoon nap.
~You are also really tough. I've seen you fall hard and just laugh it off.
~You love to get Iris's markers and draw on yourself.
~You love to sing and dance. We play Bob Marley in the car and you can belt out "Don't worry about a thing" and it sounds like you know the words.
~ You love to irritate Iris. You will walk over and take anything she has, just to stir up drama.
~I love you to  the moon and back

We brought the slide in because it was raining. I watched you cover your eyes with your hands and slide. Go down backwards, on your stomach, and sideways. You would bang your head hard and just laugh and laugh. 

Gigi's First Birthday

Even though the party was Jan 2. I wanted to post pictures of her party. She was asleep for the first hour because I accidently scheduled it during nap time! Regardless, we had to wake Gigi. It was her first time eating cake and she couldn't stop! Iris fed her cake until we finally put an end to it. I think we ordered 100 chic fil-a nuggets and they were a hit. I am especially grateful for all of the friends and family who traveled to make the party. It meant a lot. Until the next party........

Girls Weekend

So, we were lucky enough to have both my mom and aunt keep the girls while we were in Mexico. It seems like we weren't missed at all!!!

Laugh Out Loud

  Ok, so you are one of the funniest people I know (even at your age!)
Here are happenings that make me laugh out loud:

• We were cleaning out sandbox the other day (haven't opened it in weeks) and there were a bunch of green snakes. I freaked out, screamed, jumped, fell over, etc. You looked at me a few minutes later and said " Mommy don't dream about those snakes tonight, just dream about Disney princesses". You are totally a Disney girl.
• 
  
• I was feeding G on the couch and you were riding bikes outside. You came up the stairs with your hands closed over something. You said, "Mommy I have a very special surprise for you, please close your eyes." I did. When I opened them, you had a dead mouse that you were petting in my face. Once again, I freaked out and screamed bloody murder. You said, mommy don't be scared, its not real.
• 
  
• I threw away a baby doll that you use in the bath and you found it in the trash can. You were so mad. I heard you in the bathroom saying, "This is so rude, I can't believe how rude this is".
• 
  
• The other day you walked outside and said, "its so freaking hot".
• 
  
• I told you around lunchtime that you could watch a movie after dinner. A bit later you had your PJs on with a pull up. At the time I couldn't figure out why, but it was b/c you were ready to watch that movie
• 
  
• You take swim lessons 2x a week and love it. You act like you are a mermaid and make me say " I thought I saw a mermaid when you go under water.
• 
  
• You love to eat your boogers. You were drinking bath water the other day and I said yuck, you like to eat boogers and drink bath water?? You said, yes mommy, its my favorite.
• 
  
• You don't like wearing under ware and it drives your dad crazy.
• 
  
• I love it when you sing...other than Frozen songs, your favs are: No Parking on the Dance Floor and Stop in the Name of Love
• 
  
• You said, "Mommy, when I poop I love the smell of it". I said, why? You said, I don't know, its just really lovely."
